The Friends of CryerArts was formed in 2019 and will continue to generate local support for the theatre. The group hopes to raise funds to bring the activities of the theatre to as diverse an audience as possible, as well as supporting the theatre's projects, for example, commissioning new plays, purchasing specialist equipment, getting children involved in the arts and sponsoring local talent.
